We usually set up big tents in the gym, but due to Corona, things had to be a bit different this year. We still had a lot of fun!

Everything we did on this day had a beach theme: We listened to Hawaiin and Beach Boy songs, played ukuleles, and all subjects, science, math, and language arts had a beach theme. This was a great day for fun and learning!

NLIS offers a one-week summer school from 9 to 3, July 26-30. Bible, reading, math, science, art, and physical education are done in the mornings all in English, then the children eat box lunches (from home) and enjoy lots of fun, exciting activities in the afternoon until 3:00. This is planned for the summer of 2021, depending on the circumstances of the virus.
