Another bomb & kidnapping threat - the threat is low

*English translation is below the Japanese version. ご父兄の皆様 いつもお世話になり、有難うございます。 標記について、下記のお知らせがありましたのでご連絡致しました。 十分お気をつけくださいますようよろしくお願いいたします。 お世話になっております。 甲府市役所子ども保育課の高村です。 標記の件につきまして、市役所、県庁、甲府駅、山梨県立図書館、障がい者施設、老人ホーム、市内の各小中学校を標的として、 本日午後15時34分に起動する爆弾を仕掛けたといった内容の予告メールがありました。 また、爆破予告とは別に、本日から28日の金曜日まで市内の各小中学校の生徒を誘拐するといった内容も記載されていました。 保育園等は直接の標的ではなく、上記施設で爆破や誘拐などが実行される可能性も低いものと考えられますが、

各施設におかれましては、子どもたちの安全・安心のため、念のため注意をしていただきますようお願いいたします。 また、各施設において不審なものや人物など確認した場合は、速やかに警察まで連絡をお願いいたします。 以上、よろしくお願いいたします。

There was a notice email stating that a bomb was set at 15:34 p.m today. In addition to the bombing notice, it also stated that from today to Friday the 28th, students of each elementary and junior high school in the city would be kidnapped. Nursery schools are not direct targets, and the possibility of bombing or kidnapping at the above facilities is considered to be low.
