Field Trip Permission Form

Hello,

Please look for a permission form for the Midorigaoka Gym that your child will bring home today. We are going this week, Thursday, October 20. Please sign it and have your child return it tomorrow with 100 yen to help cover the cost of the gym rental and equipment.
