Corona Update

NLIS has had several students and a teacher, possibly two at this time, who have confirmed

cases of coronavirus.  Most cases involve Mr. Olsen's classroom, but we have reason to

believe that every class except the 1st-grade classroom has had cases recently.

If your child complains of a sore throat, headache, fatigue, or muscle pain, please take their

temperature. If they have one, we suggest calling a doctor, as we have four confirmed cases

this week, plus four others who are sick but haven't been tested. There were also two other

confirmed cases last week. 

If your child has been confirmed to have coronavirus, please call the school and let us know.

We are here to support you and your child during this time.  

Please have your child rest at home for five days from the onset of the symptoms; this will

help stop the spread in our school.
