Field trip money

Dear Parents,

I am thrilled that so many parents are planning on joining the field trip at Kawaguchiko on Monday, May 29. However, in order for you to get the discount price at the theater, we have to have the money for each parent and sibling that is coming by Thursday, May 25. We have to call on Friday to add the reservations. Please send 900 yen for any adult. The children’s tickets are a little cheaper, but I don’t have the amount today. Please understand. Masumi is off on Tuesdays and she has the information. The teachers will give the total collected money to the theater on Monday and receive the reserved tickets on that day.

I apologize that I didn’t make it clear on the permission slip. This has been a difficult month for me with getting sick on top of Aiko’s health.
