Dear Parents,

Re: Permit when picking up and dropping off by car

For those who turn left at Kodak, the yellow wall from Asahi Dori when picking up and dropping off your children by car in the morning, you need a pass permit from the police staion because the road is a school zone from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Once you apply for it, the validity period is 3 years. Please note that one permit is required for each car. However, your vehicles are not Yamanashi Numbers, there is no need to do this.

For the application procedure, if you hand in the application form and the copies of your car license + shaken paper to the school by the submission deadline below,

I will go to the police station for you. But if you miss the submission deadline,

you have to do this yourself. So please submit them as soon as possible.

The following documents are required for each car:

2 copies of the application form (you will receive it from the school)

2 copies of your car license (A4 size)

2 copies of your Shaken paper (Vehicle inspection certificate)

Please come to the counter to get the forms.

I will attach an example of how to write the application form.
